Refunds

Once you have enrolled, paid for and have gained access to the online course, no refund is granted with the exception of the following:

• Extenuating circumstances (at the discretion of Niche Education Group and the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia)
• An invoicing error made by Niche Education Group
• Overpayment made by the applicant

Extending and suspending your course/studies

• There is a maximum of one two-week extension available at the fee of $50.00
• There is a maximum of one, six-month suspension available at the fee of $150.00
• Suspensions beyond six months due to extenuating circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis

Privacy

• Information provided by applicants will be disclosed to Niche Education Group and the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia
• Information provided by applicants will be not be disclosed to any third party unless Niche Education Group and the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia is required to under the Rule of Law.
• Niche Education Group and the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles.

Intellectual Property

The lecture content and assessment material remains the intellectual property of Niche Education Group and the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia. No part of the lecture or assessment material can be copied without written permission from Niche Education Group and the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia.
